How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks of processing time for all orders. Note: Some items are from different providers, so occasionally your goodies will come at different times. Don't panic! Your whole order is on the way. Items ship when ready.

All international shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
**All rates are set by shipping providers, we do not have control over these prices or shipping times. Delivery times are not guaranteed, be sure to choose the right shipping method and timeframe for you.
Ordered 2+ different product items (e.g. sweatshirt & a mug & some stickers) and only one has shown up so far.
We use different print providers for a majority of our items, which means they do get shipped out at different times. Some products, like our mugs, crop tops, and tapestries take longer to make. Rest assure that all your items will come, just not always at the same time.
Do you take requests?
We will definitely take them into consideration! We cannot always guarantee we can meet your requests, but if you see a design you like and want it on a different product, size, or color, do let us know and we will add it to our list.
If there is a certain fandom or book that you'd like to see, let us know, but we try to only work with where our interest lies in, and if we can/want work with the author!
Is the color on my display the exact color I will receive?
Actual print colors may vary slightly from the colors on your device screen. Our goal is to color match and ensure your products are true to the color on your device screen. Every display shows colors differently and everyone sees colors differently. For this reason we cannot guarantee the color you see perfectly matches the color of the product.
What are the recommended aftercare for your products?
Cups, Mugs and Glassware:
While our products are dishwasher safe, we recommend gentle cleaning and hand-washing to ensure the design stays high quality.
Clothing:
- Turn your garments inside out
- Machine wash on cold (no bleach) - Dry on low heat or preferably air dry. No dry cleaning or ironing.
Please treat your items with more care than other clothes to ensure the design and quality lasts long!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns since our products are personalized with permanent materials. If there are any defects, damages or issues with your products contact us immediately and we will work with you to make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages?
Once your order has been shipped, Cursebreaker Co is not held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with an address or destination please contact the courier service directly (ex. USPS, DHL, etc) to have this corrected.
Package undeliverable and being returned to sender?
Once your order has been shipped, Cursebreaker Co is not held responsible or liable for any undelivered packages. Please contact the courier through which your package is being delivered.
Cancellation Policy
We unfortunately can't accept cancellations. Please ensure you order with care!
